Our name is our mission: as adesso Group’s managed service provider (MSP), we are responsible for operating the customised software successfully developed by our colleagues within the Group. This involves ensuring that infrastructure, platforms and applications run securely and reliably. Our services are focused squarely on customer wishes and can be provided on-premises at the customer’s data centre, at one of our data centres, in a public cloud operated by an established hyperscaler or as a hybrid solution. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If required, we can set up an upstream service desk to provide technical and professional support to the users of our solution.
