The company’s goal was to unite consumers, customers and PepsiCo on a digital platform in order to capture and analyse user data, manage campaign details in real time and optimise costs using a paperless, digital and intelligent system.
PepsiCo Turkey chose to partner with adesso Turkey to offer an end-to-end approach to the digitalisation of promotional activities. After developing the initial idea and drawing up a concept, PepsiCo and adesso prepared a POC in early 2018 using the interaction room method. The Proof of Concept then served as a prototype that was field-tested by sales staff and retailers. Based on the results of these trials and the knowledge gained from them, adesso teams designed and developed an MVP, which was launched on the market in early 2019. Since then, adesso has continuously developed a large number of new functions and handled the maintenance of the mobile app. The lean and agile approach adopted by adesso helped PepsiCo to easily digitalise its promotion processes and remain competitive in the FMCG sector.
