The key skills required for success in any testing role include a mix of technical, analytical and soft skills. Every well-known quality engineer has developed a solid understanding of testing methodologies, automation tools and programming languages for creating and maintaining test scripts. In my day-to-day work, I try to think outside the box, pay attention to detail, identify edge cases and system inconsistencies. Last but not least, in Lead/Manager positions, communication and collaboration play a huge role in improving the team's work and managing tight deadlines.
I am a QA Lead with more than 5 years of experience in the IT field and hold a number of certifications for Programming with Java, Automation Testing and ISTQB. I have an inquisitive mind to keep up with the latest industry trends.

My biggest challenge at Adesso came when I was selected to participate in a corporate video, in which we shared our professional experience, the path to our success and our daily project challenges. Getting the script right is crucial to getting the message across effectively, and striking the right balance between being informative and engaging while avoiding overly technical language can be tricky. As corporate videos are designed to inspire action, such as welcoming potential new customers and focusing on Adesso's projects, technologies and tools, getting the right talent on screen is a must.
I have a lot of highlight moments to be proud of: * Being promoted from Junior Automation QA to Senior was a big milestone for me. * Being part of managing a team of around 10 QAs and successfully mentoring all of them. * Being part of the company's growth by recommending candidates who then became adessi. * Being involved in various initiatives, company videos and LinkedIn posts. * Being recognised for my work with positive feedback from the leadership/management.
I am a positive and outgoing person and always willing to help in any way I can.
I love sport in all its forms: yoga, pilates, fitness, group activities and travelling.
